In-Store Pickup Policy

Arcadian Books & Prints may offer local in-store pickup when available. If pickup is offered for your order, you will see the option at checkout.

Pickup Processing Time

  • Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Requirements

  • Please bring your order confirmation email.
  • A photo ID may be required for order verification.

Pickup Hold Time

We will hold pickup orders for 7 days from the “ready for pickup” notification. If you need more time, email us before the hold period ends.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

If an order is not picked up within the hold period and we do not hear from you, the order may be canceled and refunded (minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable).
