Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.
Which carrier do you use?
All online orders ship via UPS Ground.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 USD and over. Orders under $50.00 USD ship at a $5.00 USD flat rate.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday). Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Central Time). Orders placed after this time, on Sundays, or on U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 1β5 business days (MondayβFriday), depending on the destination.
Estimated total delivery time: typically 2β7 business days (processing + transit). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.
How can I track my order?

What if my order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received?
If your order is significantly delayed, marked as lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update. We will work with UPS to investigate and provide a resolution where appropriate.
Orders
Do you sell digital books or downloads?
No. Arcadian Books & Prints sells physical printed books only. We do not sell eBooks, PDFs, downloads, subscriptions, or online access.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. For details, please see our Cancellation Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure checkout payments including:

What currency do you charge in?
All prices and transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different title, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order separately.
Are used books returnable?
Used books are not eligible for return due to change of mind. Returns are accepted for used books only if the wrong item was sent, the book arrived damaged, or the condition is materially different from the listing description.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item): We cover return shipping after approval and will provide instructions.
- Customer remorse (wrong book ordered / change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us first before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When possible, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist you quickly.
