Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—if your order has not been processed or shipped yet. Contact us ASAP with your order number at help@arcadianbooksandprints.com. If it has already shipped, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
If available, gift options will appear at checkout. If you don’t see them, email us and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your order.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to update it.

Shipping

How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).

Do you provide tracking?
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive it by email once your order ships.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package.
Please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, and/or your building management. Then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

What items are not returnable?
Gift cards, final sale/clearance items (when marked), and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help with a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Products

Do you sell rare, signed, or collectible items?
When available, such items will be clearly labeled in the product description.

Can editions/cover art vary?
Yes. Some books may ship in different cover art or printing variations depending on publisher availability. If a specific edition is required, contact us before ordering.
