By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (Central Time)
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, the order must be handled through our return process after delivery.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if processing has not yet begun.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

An order cannot be canceled if:

  • The order has already been processed
  • The order has been shipped
  • The order is in transit

Cancellation by Arcadian Books & Prints

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Payment issues or failed transactions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory shortages or availability issues

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: up to 7 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

Shipping and Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • The order must be returned after delivery in accordance with our return policy
  • Return shipping costs may apply if the customer placed a wrong order

Physical Products Only

Arcadian Books & Prints sells physical printed books only. We do not offer digital products, downloads, or subscriptions.
